THE SIZE OFFERS REGISTERED OWNERS OF 12mm NEOLITH WORKTOPS A 10-YEAR GUARANTEE THAT THE PRODUCT PURCHASED IS FREE FROM MANUFACTURING FAULTS, ON THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT BELOW:
1. This guarantee, personal and not transferable, is furnished for a worktop installed in the buyer’s home.
2. In case of visible defects, the owner should claim before the worktop is installed and within no more than 10 days of receiving it.
3. In order to claim, it is essential to have paid the full price and be registered by adequately completing the form available at www.thesize.es
4. If any manufacturing fault appears within the valid period of the guarantee, The Size will repair or replace the material, but will not bear transport or production costs.
5. The following are excluded from this guarantee: assembly, removal and reinstallation costs. Any additional repairs or modifications that may be necessary for reinstallation (plumbing, electricity, building work,..) repairs made without prior confirmation by The Size, faults in products exposed to abnormal conditions (such
as hydrofluoric acid); produced by accidents; or caused as a result of architectural design, structural movements or natural disasters.
6. If the colour of the material has been discontinued, a similar colour will be used.
7. Nobody other than The Size employees is authorized to furnish any warranty in connection with NEOLITH.
