This quarry located outside of Jerusalem in Israel has been family owned since 1923. Stone from this quarry has been used in many historical restorations throughout Israel and new projects in this historical area. Variations in the limestone quarried here provide several shades of stone ranging from white and greys to the golden hued and very popular Jerusalem Gold. View our new “cleft slabs” from this quarry that are unique in that they are the faces that have been lying next to mud deposits for eons and have unique coloring and texture. These faces are cut off from the rest of the block and are distinctive and are available in limited quantities for that special look.
Stone quarried from here has also been used in prestigious project around the world such as: The Metropolitan Museum of Art, NY – Bank of America Headquarters, Charlotte, NC – HBO Headquarters, Santa Monica, CA and The Wailing Wall renovations – Jerusalem, Israel.
